double image of email appears when replying

When I receive an email and click on reply a double image of the email
appears in the bodey. If I minimize the screen and bring it back up the
image disappears and the email looks normal.

This seems to only occur if someone sends me an email that has a stationary.
My seetings are HTML using Word as the email editor.
 
sounds like a video issue - either the video card drivers aren't current or
you don't have enough free resources to properly draw the screen.
