Double existing W2K License Issued To

I noticed in the Existing W2K License that there are two
ISSUED TO to the same person on different days. I was
wondering how I can remove one of the double entry?

W2K TS CALs are issued to devices, not to users.
You can't remove any entries, but expired licenses will be cleaned up
automatically, I believe after 31 days.
