Double clicking text file in Windows Explorer causes floppy drive access.

When I open up Windows Explorer and double click on a .txt file, the
file opens normally in Notepad. However, about 5 to 10 seconds later,
Windows will try to access my floppy drive.

Anyone know what could be causing this behavior?
