Double click on User Accounts and nothing!

This computer was infected by some viruses and Spyware. I have cleaned
everything up and it is running better. Execpt for the printers don't start.
I have to go start the print spooler manualy. I found that it is because I
had a lexmark printer installed. But the one strange thing is I can't open
the User Accounts. No Error no nothing. Any Clues or will I have to do a
repair?

If you are 100% sure that the computer is completely clean and are still
having problems, there is always the possibility that system files were
damaged by the malware. You can first try using the System File
Checker:

Start>Run sfc /scannow [enter]

If that doesn't do it for you, a Repair Install might:

As always, make sure all important data is backed up before doing the
Repair Install in case things go sour.

As for user accounts you can come her
http://www.microsoft.com/resources/documentation/windows/xp/all/proddocs/en-us/usercpl_overview.mspx

as for the print spooler uninstall your print driver and then delete the
printer from device manager. Restart and reinstall it
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=314747

To access Device Manager, use any of the following methods:
• Click Start, click Run, and then type devmgmt.msc.
• Right-click My Computer, click Manage, and then click Device Manager.
• Right-click My Computer, click Properties, click the Hardware tab, and
then click Device Manager.
• Type the following command at a command prompt:
start devmgmt.msc

Good luck
