Been trying to download RealPlayer the free version, never got dialogue box
asking if I wanted to download the prog. Tried the bit where it said if you
had trouble downloading to Restart Download. Managed to download then but I
don't think all of it downloaded. Realplayer didn't work when I go on a
site it says I don't have RealPlayer installed. Thought I'd remove it and
download again. Went to Add/Remove Clicked on Realplayer said it couldn't
remove the uninstall was missing. Went to Prog Files and tried to delete
folder containing all the files, couldn't denied Access or a prog was using
it!! Now stuck with a folder full of RealPlayer files but no RealPlayer!!
How do I get rid of it and how do I get to download it? Where had my
dialogue box gone for downloading? Hope someone can help. I did do some
Windows Updates at the weekend I don't know if this has anything to do with
it?

Should have mentioned as well that if I go on the link below and try to view
one of the videos I get Error on page and it doesn't run. Something is wrong
somewhere just don't know where!!!

Did you click the installation file to install Real Player?
