Regitry Access Denied

My system, Windows XP-Home Edition w/ all updates, is denying access to the
registry when I try to intstall Realplayer 10 from an internet download. It
says that this user does not have access. The only problem is that I'm the
only user and there are no other users on the system. Can anyone help?
