CAN SOMEONE TELL ME HOW TO CHANGE THE DOMAIN NAME OF A
COMPUTER

Is this is what you're looking for:
Start/Settings/Control Panel/System/Computer
Name/Change/Workgroup. (By the way, it's considered rude
by many people to use all capital letters. It's seen by
others as "SHOUTING".)

Right click on MY COMPUTER goto properties select COMPUTER NAME then CHANGE
button, there you can change the domain name.

Be aware that Windows XP home cannot join a Domain, only a workgroup. Windows XP Professional can join either a workgroup or domain using the steps given bu Milt and hustedj
