domain login via dialup connection?

There's a particular client that wants to use their existing pptp
infraestructure.
is it possible to logon to a DC via dial up connection.

i remember this was possible with NT4.

Yes. It is called VPN.
 
i know it's a vpn, but i need to login to the DC, where's the option to
establish the vpn connection prior to loging in.

What do you mean by "login to the DC"?
RDC to DC server?
Map drives to DC server?

What OS you use on client?

You can still use domain user credentials on remote PC, before VPN is
established. They are cached.
