Drives not Mapping w/ Remote Connection

We have users with Win2k and XP pro laptops who connect
remotley to our network via broadband internet connection
and the windows VPN pptp connection option in "Make new
Connection Wizzard"

We have a Cisco PIX 515 firewall set up and i've set up
a single pptp logon id and password to get them
through the firewall but then the users are not prompted
for their domain login id and password and I assume this
is why their login scripts dont run and drives dont map.

I can have them manually map drives and upon connecting
and they are prompted for id and pwd before connecting to
the share but how do i automate this?

What am I missing here?

I'd try posting this to microsoft.public.win2000.networking or to
microsoft.public.windowsxp.network_web.
