domain changed to workgroup, lock-out

I've changed the domain to workgroup and restarted but
noe I can't login.
How can I set my domain name again.
 
I beleive I did the same thing on XP Pro. Will not login even with Admininistrator password or safe mode. I somehow shut off the internal network card, therefor I cannot log into work domain either.

Also, I seem to be the only one I know of that does not have an option to select which DOMAIN to log into. My IT guy says if I can access the DEFAULT domain, I should be able to log into the computer. The only OPTION that appears at login is to SHUTDOWN the computer... HELP Ronski
