Domain Admin gets logon Screen

Domain Admin gets logon Screen when trying to access admin C$ Share. This is
a single domain and when this domain admin atempts to access any folder on
one server he gets a logon screen. Once logged in to folder there are no
issues.

Add the domain admin account to the local admin account on the machine.
