No and yes. It also includes a new WPA and WGA. If you're foolhardy
enough to install SP3, you'll have to uninstall IE7 first.

That's just what I did. Loaded my SP2 OEM and applied the SP3 to itFred said:Then I guess if at any time I have to format the HD I would need to use my

If you have IE7 installed, you can currently uninstall it and
revert back to IE6. However, when you install SP3, it takes away
the ability to uninstall it and rollback to IE6.
So, MS says, if you want to have the ability to uninstall and
revert back to IE6, you need to uninstall IE7 *before* installing
SP3. Then, once SP3 is installed, you can reinstall IE7 and you
will once again have the ability to uninstall IE7.
