Don't know it this answeres your question or not but I built a computer for
my mother with a motherboard that has an onboard video card GeForce 6150 with
a Athlon 64 3200+ and 1G of ram. I have used Aero with it just fine (although
it seemed a bit sluggish to me, But that is just from using my faster comp).
She tells me that she has had no problems with it yet.

Yes it does, Nvidia actually provides Vista drivers for it also.

Yes, been using it since Jannuary with Aero enabled.
