I use to be able to go to c: documents and settings/owner/local settings/
temporary internet files/IE5 and view their files . Now in 'owner' i dont
have local settings or any temp files ..ive searched everywhere but no luck .
when im running virus checks and things like that i actually see " documents
and settings/owner/local settings/ temporary internet files/IE5 " being
scaned ..........what gives? how do i get the temp internet file folder
back? i wanna be able to see whats in them ? any suggestions?

The files are in TIF.
The cookies are not. They are in the Cookies folder (which you know
from the site I directed you to)

So...all the files and cookies you see in internet options etc are
the exact same stuff you would see in the documents and folder local
settings temp IE5 folder + the Cookies folder
No, you don't have to worry about more cookies or TIF if you delete in
the normal way.

You may have some history left in the .dat files, even after deleting
History, so if you are worried try this:
