Document template

With MS Word 2003, I had created a document template (letterhead). It worked
fine for awhile but now when I choose that particular letterhead, it does not
show up on the page in normal view. I can only view the letterhead in print
preview. The template is there but just doesn't show up in normal view.

just doesn't show up in normal view.

This problem (things in headers not being visible) is a side effect of
having hidden the white space between pages. Go to Tools > Options > View
and check "White space between pages".

If the letterhead is in the header (as it should be), it will never be
displayed in Normal view, which doesn't display header or footer.
