Lost Top of Page

In MS Word 2003, I've done something to cause the top of my page to disappear
and I want it back. For instance, today I am attempting to create a letter on
letterhead. Instead of the template, in the working view, showing the
letterhead in gray in the header as it has always done, the header does not
show and the cursor starts at the very top of the page. The header shows only
when I select Print Preview and it prints properly too. Any ideas of what I
have done and how to undo it will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, K.

Correction: In Word 2003, click once on the top edge of the page. In
Word 2007 you have to double click.
