Document Template deleted

Please Help!

I saved a document as "Document Template" then accidentally deleted it from
my computer. When I went into Recycle bin to retrieve it, it wasn't there.
Does anyone know how I can get it back??? Thanks so much!

You *may* be able to recover it with third party file recovery software if
the disc space it occupied has not been overwritten.
