How do I get thew document map to recognise my own header styles if they are
not based on standard Word header styles?
 
Modify each of the styles to include the desired outline level (in the
Modify Style dialog box, click Format, and then click Paragraph; you'll find
the outline level setting on the Indents and Spacing tab).
