Document map content of headings with tracking changes

I have an issue with document map in Word 2007 that I wonder if Microsoft
knows about.
ALso note that I started with a WORD 2003 document and am using
COMPATIBILITY MODE.

I started to edit my existing file and activated the TRACK CHANGES. My
original content (in the area of the error) started as:
- Test Case ID #1
- Test Case ID #2
- Test Case ID #3

I modifed the document in several places, including adding a Heading 2 and
several heading 3 items at the bottom of the page. I also change Test Case
ID #3 to 4 and inserted a new test case

I have the document map shown.
When using FINAL SHOWING MARKUP, these are properly shown in the document in
my Markup Insertion fonts.
- Test Case ID #1
- Test Case ID #2
- Test Case ID #3
- Test Case ID #4
- Appendix A
---- Figure 1
---- Figure 2
---- Figure 3
---- Figure 4
---- Figure 5

When using FINAL, the added headings are not shown PLUS a few original
headings are not shown!!
- Test Case ID #1

When using ORIGINAL SHOWING MARKUP, the added headings are not shown PLUS a
few original headings are not shown!!
- Test Case ID #1
- Test Case ID #2
- Test Case ID #3
- Test Case ID #4

Note that when you are tracking changes, not only the Document Map is
problematic. There may also be problems with auto numbering and the display
of field results. However, all issues will be resolved when you accept
changes.
