I have a problem with two of the users experiencing a problem with microsoft
word and their docking station intermittenly. The problem lies in that when
he is using his laptop and running microsoft word, every once in awhile the
word program freezes and when he is typing turns out to be gibberish
afterwords. the rest of the document is fine but whatever he is typing at the
time gets screwed up. my question is this a connection problem to the laptop
from the docking station or is it more of the laptop maybe having a bad
sector on the hard drive as other programs are running fine from what he
tells me.
