do not have send or new message option on microsoft 2000

I bought my computer second hand. I am not able to use my Outlook 2000. It
does not show the send or new message option. Is there something that I need
to set up?

This particular newsgroup is devoted to security questions concerning
the database program called "Access" which is part of the Office family of
products. The forum name can be a little misleading.

I would suggest you re-post your question in an Outlook newsgroup so you
may receive the best help possible. There are 15 Outlook newsgroups and they
all start like this:

microsoft.public.outlook

If you have trouble finding it, post back and I'll walk you through getting there.
