Do Not Deliver Before Message Stays in Outbox

When a message being sent from a Personal folder PST is treated with the "Do
Not Deliver Before" option, it stays in the PST Outbox. My question is that
since it has not been uploaded to the Exchange server, if my pst and computer
are shutdown at the time of delivery, when is the message actually sent? Is
it sent during the startup and sync of the next logon and send/recieve
activity? If it stays behind then the requested delivery time and date may
not be met.

Then it will indeed be sent the first Send/Receive interval after the time
is meet. Always a good thing to have your Exchange mailbox as the delivery
location when using an Exchange account ;-)
