Hi All
I have used the phone support for Vista. They were absolutely fantastic with
their help. It took over two weeks to get it correct but they never gave up
on the problem or me. I called the help number and talked to them two or
three times then it was kicked up to a higher level, where they would set up
a time for them to call back. I would also like to say they were very prompt
on the call back times that was given. My hat is off to the fine people in
Microsoft's Vista Beta phone help.

fwiw, when I got my chance last week to tell the Vista Beta Team what one
thing I thought should be improved in the beta testing program in the
future, I put down that CPP folks should have some easy to use mechanism for
searching the bug base and checking on their own bugs just like the TB folks
do.
