Still No Email or DVD Kit

Here it is 4 days after release and still no email. I have already downloaded
the RC1, but geez louise, I would think that by now I would have gotten the
email.

Also, I had registered (and paid my $9.95) for the Windows Vista Release
Candidate 1 (RC1) Evaluation and Resource Kit. I have emailed them about
shipment but got a boiler plate response:

Thank you for contacting the Windows Vista RC1 Evaluation and Resource
Kit Support Team.
Windows Vista Customer Preview Program (CPP) participants: You will
automatically receive an e-mail message with additional information when
Windows Vista Release Candidate 1 (RC1) is available shortly.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide support for CPP inquiries.
Windows Vista Influentials Program Participants (Windows VIPs): You do
not need to register for the Evaluation and Resource Kit Program. You
will automatically receive Windows Vista RC1 and the Evaluation and
Resource Kit materials when it they are available shortly.
Should you have any additional questions or concerns regarding the Vista
Beta RC1 Refresh order site, please let us know.

Sincerely,
The Windows Vista RC1 Evaluation and Resource Kit Support Team

They did not all go out at the same time. It is staged, probably to lessen
the impact on the download servers. The dvd's are just now starting to be
mailed.

I am the only only one that I know of that still hasn't gotten the email.

The Windows Vista Release Candidate 1 (RC1) Evaluation and Resource Kit is
new and I paid for it last month.

I have one beta that I can't update with RC1 because it is the WFP supported
beta and it can only be updated with a update DVD. I am supposed to receive
that disk next week. It's a completely different program from CPP..

My email came today at 8:41 pm.
Of course, I've had RC1 installed
since it was first put on the server.

Be patient.

You are not alone Mojavekroc I still haven't received my email although I
have downloaded RC1 and installed. It would be nice to get the email as I too
am awaiting the DVD.

Do not give up! My email just came in this morning. I've had RC1 installed
for 5 days already.
