I am trying to make a dns entry on one of my dns server, but I don't want that entry to sync with the other dns servers in active dir. How do I do this? Thanks.

If this is a replica set, you cannot.

You might be able to fake it by making a CNAME (alias) for a zone
held ONLY by the DNS server in question and provide NO WAY for the
other DNS servers to recurse to this "special zone". Ugly, not guaranteed
but it might work.
