Ace,

I'm losing the plot here again. I can't see the 3 listed properties
you speak of. I go into the properties of my zone, then on the
general tab, I have type = ADI. I click change and can change from
Primary to Secondary. This is the only radio buttons I can see?

It is the Replication button on the Genreal tab.

Which server are you looking at it from? 2000 or 2003?

It's Windows 2000 DNS/DC. The general tab only has the following buttons:
Pause/Start Status
Change Type
Aging and a dynamic update drop down list.

No Replication button in sight!

I thought you were looking at it thru 2003. There aer numerous new features
in 2003 that 2000 does not support.

Ok, let's summarize what's going on nand we're piece-mealing what you have
little by little by numerous posts and there are too many posts to go back
through this thread to get caught up and I am having difficulty remembering
day to day/week to week what transpired since October 19, in this thread
without having to re-read it several times. And Thanksgiving was yesterday.

Let's try to summarize and simplfy:
This is a mixed 2000/2003 DC environment with one domain and two DCs, one
obviously 2000 and the other 2003.
DNS is installed on both DCs.
If not, do so NOW.
You have already moved the 5 FSMO roles over to the new 2003 DC.
If not, do so NOW.
You have made the new 2003 DC a GC.
If not, do so NOW,

Now, if you go into the DNS console on the 2003 DC assuming the above
summary is correct that DNS is installed, do you see your zone? If so, go to
the 2000 server, Add/Remove Programs, Windows Components, and uninstall DNS.

If DNS is not installed on 2003, please install it, then remove it from
2000.

In the 2000 DNS, are there any delegations?

In the 2000 DNS, are there any forwarders?

Once you've removed DNS off of 2000, let us know.

Ace
