DLL INITIALIZATION

On shutting down my PC I get the following error message:

"kuecupol.exe dll initialization failed"

Does anyone know if this is serious? Many thanks

Boot into Safe Mode, perform a search for "kuecupol.exe"
and delete it....it's malware!

Many thanks for this. I followed your instruction & deleted the file (its in
C:/WINDOWS/SYSTEM32...), but when i restarted the PC it had magically
re-appeared. Any ideas?
