.dll files

Hi,
I've managed to delete the msncsapi.dll file in a previous attempt to "fix"
my computer. Didn't know what I was doing and still pretty lost. Does
anyone know where to get that file w/o paying for it and how to install it.

Been trying to figure this out for hours....

If you have your Windows setup CD, you can find the file there. Search
just for MSNCSAPI.*
