Distro List

I am trying to create a distro list in outlook of about 100+ items and
it gives me an error about list too large for server. How can I increase
this size, or is there another way to create a list and store it on the
Exchange for everyone to access it.

assuming you mean the address list is too large - the admin apparently has
the max # of recipients set smaller - that will need to be upped unless they
are Exchange addresses.

In addition to Diane's reply, a user distribution list typically has a limit
of around 50 names. Only way around that is to nest them into smaller lists
