distribution list

I created a distribution list before adding them to
Contacts. Now i want to extract the emails from the
distribution list and add them to the contacts. How do i
do this?

The reason for this is because of the following error i
receive when i try to email from the distribution list:

"The message is an internal support function returned an
error"

About the best you can do is save the list as a txt file, clean it up and
convert it to a csv file, then import that into your Contacts Folder.
