Distribution group not showing in Global Address List

I've created a new global distribution list using Active Directory. Users
with Outlook 2002 can see it in their Global Address List. Outlook 2003
users can't, it only shows in their All Groups list. I have another global
distribution list that everyone can see. Both distribution lists have the
same properties. What's up with that?
 
Are the Outlook 2003 users using Cached Exchange mode? If so, then the
change probably has not yet propagated out to their copy of the Offline
Address Book.
