Distorted Pictures

All my pictures and logos etc on Internet Explorer 6 are
distorted. They were fine until a few days ago, now they
are all choppy blurry etc. I have checked my settings
according to the instructions given to others. My DPI is
set at 96. HELP! or I will have to switch to Netscape as
my browser. This is very difficult to view the web pages.
