distorted image

I need help! I have successfully captured video and saved the movie as a
draft so I could add more video later on. Now, i am trying to add more video
but the captured video and preview are distorted. They are not on my
camera...only on my PC so the help topic covering this was useless. I need
any help on what settings I might possibly have to change. The settings on my
camera were not changed from the first movie captured to the one I'm trying
to get off it now. Please help! Thanks so much

I have the same problem. When I save my video clip I shortened and added
music to it is all fuzzy and blurry. I tried several different options in
the final choice but nothing helps. My Cannon camera has excellent clarity.
What can we do about this???
I am very disappointed in this and just began using the programme.
