Displaying Video

Hi, I need to put a video on a web page,
i have inserted the video to frontapage with "insert web component > plug in"
but the video only plays until is completely downloaded,
how can i make the video show the buffering thing, and start playing
when it has downloaded enough MB?

(i have encoded the video with Adobe Premiere Pro to
WMV 256k streaming)
