Video not playing

I've read through everything I can and have not found the answer...I am using
FP03, I am trying to insert both mpg and wmv files using
Insert>picture>video. I had no issues using this method before. Due to
tighter restrictions on our network, I had to move FP (actual application) to
the web server. The site itself works fine, only the video will not play on
any other system but itself. I do not want to put the videos inside a win
media shell, just want them to play and loop as soon as the page is opened.
The files are not large, so this is not a download time issue. Thinking it is
a permission issue. Any help would be appreciated...Thanks

Update...the videos are playing on IE 6, but not on systems with IE7...seems
to me I had this problem before, but darned if I remember how I fixed it...
