Displaying email address

Is there a way to have the email address the same as the display name - other than manuall

email: (e-mail address removed) dispaly as : John Smith ([email protected]

want

email: (e-mail address removed) display as: (e-mail address removed)
 
Not enough info on this. What kind of email program are you using.
POPmail? Exchange? Lotus Notes? This feature is setup in the Accounts part
of your email system under your user information. Or you would be using a
mail server of some sort. Of course, I'm not really sure what you mean by
"other than manually". Are you trying to do this at a bulk email server?
