To: field

In Outlook 2007, I would like to have both the recipient's name and email
address appear on the line for the TO: field. For example, John Smith
([email protected])

I have auto-complete on, so as I type, suggestions are made. But is there an
option somewhere in 2007, where I could always have both the name and the
email show up?

No, there is no setting to enable it - its based on the display name in
contacts.
