Display Name question/Outlook 2007

Outlook 2007 currently contains, in the "Display name" field under
Email Proprties, the contact's email address.

I'd prefer it to contain the real name (e.g. Joe Smith instead of
"(e-mail address removed)").

Some background: I've built this contacts list in Entourage 2004 for
Mac, which I don't believe contains a "Display name" field.

Is there any way to change this more quickly than going into each
contact and doing it manually? Thanks for any ideas.

You'll still have to edit each one manually, but you could speed things up
just a *little* for yourself if you use a table view (e.g. PhoneList) and add
the Email Display As field to the view. You'll also need the "Allow in-cell
editing" setting to be checked in the Other Settings for the view. That will
allow you to make changes in a list without having to open each item.
