Display Domain Name in folder views?

I'm new to Outlook (2003) and have tried to figure out how to display
a domain name in a folder view. None of the fields in the "Field
Chooser" seem to have any definition.
What I'm attempting to do is to be able to sort external domains, and
display these in a separate column in any folder view. For example,
when I receive an email from "(e-mail address removed)" I want to display
only the "domain.com" in the column.

Any assistance would be appreciated!

Outlook 2003 can't do that.
