When I try to change the screen resolution it won't let me move the little
bar at all, and it wont let me change the color resoloution at all, and I
would like to know how to fix this...I've tryed everything Please help me.

Check the video drivers and the monitor driver. Otherwise, some game or
other program 'hijacked' your display settings; check the start-up programs
in msconfig.
