Display Panel

Something has happened to my Display Panel. Through the
ControL Panel, I have the Display Properties tab only. I
do not have a general tab, settings, advanced or
appearance tab. I have no idea what has happened. Can
anyone help me?

Remove the restrictions via Group Policy Editor (Pro) or via registry:
