Display email addresses not names

To the group:

Goal:
I have an email with 70+ email addresses. I would like to copy and paste
these addresses into a group distribution list.
Problem:
I click Reply To All to get the email addresses in the To Box to copy the
addresses. The To Box displays both the name as well as the email address:
e.g., Joe Doe (E-mail) <[email protected]>

When I copy the above example, only the name (and not the email address) is
carried over when I paste. Short of copy and pasting each individual email
address, is there a way to have Outlook display just the email address and
not the Display Name so I can copy the email addresses? Unfortunately, I
have numerous similar situations and would like to avoid tediously copying
and pasting hundreds of email addresses.

I have looked in Tools > Options but can find nothing. Any suggestions or
assistance most appreciated.

Thank you.

right click on them one at a time and add to contacts, then you can put the
list together pulling from contacts
