Disk defrag - shows ntuser.dat.log size= 1kb and 155 fragments - huh ?

If a file is 1kb , how can it be defragmented at all - nevermind into
155 pieces ?
ntuser.dat.log,
and UsrClass.dat.log shows 1kb and 28 fragments.

Are these just system files that will always report the wrong size since
XP is using them ?

the file is 1 kb but the space reserved for the file (the cluster chain)
has 155 segments. Log in a someone else and defrag again.
