DISK CLEANUP

I am running windows 2000 an is updated. Runing Norton
virus updated. Computer will defrag but will not start
Disk cleanup. It opens but will not go past 4 green
squares. Can you explain.
 
From my experience, on a computer with 50,000+ files, It can take hours.
Just run it and go to bed and it will be finished sorting through your HD by
morning. ;-)
