Disk Cleanup (MSOCache)

I have installed Office 2003 (standard edition) under WIN XP Pro SP-2. I
would like to delete the Office Setup Files (folder MSOCache and its
subfolders). Should I use the Disk Cleanup Wizzard or LISTool.exe?

Carey:
Thanks for your reply.
As far as I can tell one can use either the Disk Cleanup Wizard or
LISTool.exe to remove MSOCache. My question is:
Are they equally good or is one more reliable than the other.
