Disk cleanup utility doesn't see office installation temp files

Installers of Word and Excel 2003 Viewers created
on my partition with backup images the MSOCache directory.
So that't no correct place for installation place
in my system.
I want to remove the MSOCache dir using disk cleanup utility.
But the utility doesn see any Office installer temporary files,
so I can't remove it on this way - as described under
http://support.microsoft.com/?scid=kb;en-us;825933&x=10&y=14
Utility says 0Bytes for office installation files.

Neither the MSECache directory on my system partition can't
be removed on this way. The utility doesn't see also
any installation temp file here.

How can I get them away ?

Try going to run, type:CLEANMGR /SAGESET Select what you want it to clean,
after close out,return to run,type:CLEANMGR /SAGERUN

Thanks for your hint.
Unfortunately, it didn't help.
MSOCache folder still present there.
MSECache in dir "Program Files" still present as well.
I don't understand this.
Any ideas ? What's wrong ?

Have done one another attempt.
Just have uninstalled viewers.
MSOCache disappeared, MSECache not.

Then I have tried to install Word viewer once again.
This time starting installer from command line with /T option.
Installation still creates its cache on non-proper partition.

I realized recently to have moved the envir. variables TEMP and TMP
for administrator and system to non-standard location.
Now my temp directories are placed on other partition then the
system partition. Path for those vars is d:\OtherCache\Admin.

Maybe are the viewer installers missing required access privileges
on those temp paths ? Have checked this. Admin and system have actually
full access on inheritance basis. Do I miss here some other privilege ?

The installer of PP 2007 and Visio creates that cache under %Program Files%.
