Export from Outlook 2003

Am trying to export contacts from Outlook 2003. Message: "Windows cannot
start the required translator. The feature is not currently installed. Would
you like to install it now?" I click yes, but it doesn't install. the Outlook
site tells me to remove MSOCACHE through Disk Cleanup (not Windows Explorer)
and proceed - but though c:\MSOCACHE has 288 MB in it, Disk Cleanup registers
it as 0 MB and doesn't remove it. My hard disk is not divided, so nowhere
else for the files to be. So the recommended process is blocked. What do I do
now?

Why do you want to export them?

In what form or you wishing to export Contacts, eg a csv/excel file or?

I want to put them into another computer, running Vista. Excel, csv or comma
separated would be OK

Into Outlook? then you do NOT use export. Just copy the pst file with
Outlook closed. the method to transfer data from one Outlook to another is
posted here several times a day.

Install Thunderbird on your existing machine. Import Email and addressbook
from outlook.
