Outlook 2003

when I try to export my file in outlook 2003 it says it needs to download the
translator and when I say go ahead I get a error source 1311, source file not
found C:\MSOcache\allusers/90000409-6000-11d3 etc. Where do I download that
file?

May I ask why you're trying to export your file (I assume you mean your .PST
file)? It may not be necessary if you're just trying to move it to another
computer or share it with someone...
