WinXP Home SP2
HP Pavilion A350N
2 GB RAM
2 x 2.8 GHz

I boot clean and get an IP address for the adapter (198.168.1.102). I ping
www.yahoo.com and receive back ping request cannot find host. I the ping
192.168.1.102 and get the same reply.

If I ping 127.0.0.1, it finds that OK.

I added another adapter (curent one is on MB) with the same results,

If I try a repair, Clearuing the DNS cache could not be completed.

I then tried ipconfig /flushdns and got "function failed during execution"
Similar result with displaydns

What can I do to get outside access? Packets are flowing both ways?

Thx for any guidance

Call the company that made your wireless adapter, or try your question
in their customer forum.
