Disappearing Title Bars

Once every few days the title bars will disappear from all my windows. I
have run spyware and anti-virsu scans and my stsem is clean. Has anyone else
run into this problem. I'm running XP Pro with SP2.

Something similar happens to me. I'll be online and all of a sudden the title
bars will dim and my keyboard stops working until I click on where I was last
typing and then everything will return to normal. It happens repeatedly. I
have some spyware on my computer called Bullseyes Network that I can't delete
and I think it's tied into that somehow. I run spyware and virus check and
they delete it temporarily, but I've done some research and found out that it
somehow keeps putting itself back into the system. I posted on here for help
a few days ago, but no one responded.
